Regular stretches should be a part of any rehab program, but they are also useful for most all people to remain loose, relaxed, and limber.  The increased flexibility will help you prevent injury, and it ensures better blood flow to your muscles.  Of particular use are small micro-breaks taken throughout the day to do targeted stretches given by your chiropractor at the Boise Spine Center.
