Exercises

Exercise is a key component of the rehab process. By teaming up with your chiropractor and doing home exercises, you help to prevent future injuries and to stabilize the involved structures.  Many of your tight and tender muscles don't have the blood flow that they require. Doing regular exercises that are targeted specifically at these muscles will help increase blood flow, improve function, and often decrease pain.
